Open inspection period for the 2025 assessment year has begun. The Kentucky Constitution requires all property to be assessed at 100% of fair market value. This is the price a willing buyer would pay a willing seller on the open market. If you feel your property is not accurately assessed, you may file a request for review with the PVA office. Click Here to access the forms page. You MUST include documentation you feel shows the market value of the property with the form. Request forms MUST BE received no later than 12:00 PM EST on Monday, May 19, 2025. Requests received after this deadline cannot be accepted.
